  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The notificaiton icon on the bar showed up after the reboot from the
  last update I did. I provides a suggested next action, but that did
  nothing.

  Running Update Manger fails with a 'Could not calculate the upgrade'
  pop up. The directions are to report the but with the error message
  that is the Summary.
