  "Important Security Updates" not in visible area

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  As seen in the attached screenshot, "Important Security Updates" (or,
  is not shown when you bring the dialog up initially. When scrolled
  upwards, the headline becomes visible.

  This was not the case in earlier versions of Ubuntu, IIRC.
