Well, it is still a bug. We need to find a way to either fix
installation to the source device or block it from showing as an install
tsrget...(and indeed there is the wiki to be fixed too).

Bug description:
  this was on a pandaboard ES using the 24 july OMAP4 armhf image. if
  you try to set up a new partition table ubi-partman fails with error
  141. if you try to create a partition in the existing free space it
  says ubi-partman failed because /dev/cdrom cannot be unmounted. i
  apologize i do not have the requested files as i had to file this from
  my laptop. i can submit some pictures of the screen if you feel that
  is necessary. please let me know if i can provide any further
  information. thank you.
