This is a by-product from encrypted option landing. I did notice that it
is too tall now, but I couldn't understand / fix it. Will look into this
soon.

Title:
ubiquity screens are too tall, can't see forward button

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
The first screen of the installer when installing from live session is
so tall the buttons for continuing are below the screen and unseen.
The second screen seems to be ok untill the first screen that shows a
progress bar... the progress bar is below the screen. The last Quantal
ISO I tried didn't have the first page problem, though the progress
  bar was low.
