You seem to have a misconfigured sources.list file which is causing this
crash.

SystemError: E:Malformed line 1 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d
/ubuntu-tweak-stable.list (dist parse), E:The list of sources could not
be read.

You'll need to manually resolve the syntax error in that file as it is
not one provided by Ubuntu.
