  the <Go Back> button and the <No> button on "Select a language window"

Bug description:
  image:  quantal-alternate-amd64.iso  
  build :  20120810.1
  steps to reproduce the issue:
  1. create an installation usb key and install the system with it.
  2. choose Chinese as the installation language and choose "install ubuntu" in the main menu
  3. choose the <Go Back>  or the <No>  on "Select a language window", and click enter/space button, no response.
