Bug description:
  Binary package hint: casper

  After the preseed installation has finished, there is a message on the
  console: "Please remove the disc and close the tray (if any) and press
  ENTER"

  Need to have a way to tell the system to automatically reboot instead.
  In this case, the image is being installed from the HDD, so there is
  no cdrom in the tray.
