[Bug 1034801] [NEW] "mount" is running continously at 100%

I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 precise with kernel "3.2.0-27 generic-pae" on a
i686 Intel Dual Core.

Whenever I start with this or the -26 kernel, the process called "mount"
is running continously at 100% in "top". I cannot kill or stop this
process in any way, not even as root.

When running on 3.2.0-25 or -24 everything is fine. The output of:


erik at erik-Satellite-A300:~$ ps -e | grep mount ###on 3.2.0-27
  296 ?        00:00:00 mountall
  945 ?        00:02:47 mount

erik at erik-Satellite-A300:~$ ps -e | grep mount ###on 3.2.0-24
  281 ?        00:00:00 mountall

I have some ntfs-mounts in my fstab, but removing them don't solve the problem.
I tried it like this:
