Had a look at your logs, they show many errors like this one:
Aug 6 00:32:52 ubuntu kernel: [ 471.964646] EXT4-fs warning (device sda1): ext4_end_bio:244: I/O error writing to inode 264133 (offset 0 size 12288 starting block 1598812)
Aug 6 00:32:52 ubuntu kernel: [ 471.964662] Buffer I/O error on device sda1, logical block 1106268
Aug 6 00:32:52 ubuntu kernel: [ 471.964672] Buffer I/O error on device sda1, logical block 1106269
That means your hard drive is faulty. Please perform a backup immediately, then test the drive - unfortunately, OCZ does not provide a test utility for your specific drive, so you'll have to boot from the Ubuntu live CD, open a terminal and type the following:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install smartmontools
sudo smartctl -t long /dev/sda
and when the hard drive finishes the test, type
sudo smartctl --all /dev/sda
and post the results in a comment to this bug report.
Please tell me if you need guidance.
