Looks like that Host Protected Area feature again... your drive has been
configured to lie about its size and claim it is slightly smaller than
it really is. The MBR contains the smaller size, but the GPT contains
the larger size. It is possible that the HPA was added after you
created the GPT, and some partition tool updated the MBR to the new,
smaller size, but not the GPT.

Bug description:
The GPT LastUsableLba claims the disk is longer than it actually is.
Parted should handle this error more gracefully and allow for
repairing it. gdisk seems to let the error go undetected, possibly
because it is using the size in the protective MBR rather than
LastUsableLba.
