Title:
  Scrolling doesn't honour .Xmodmap

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When I scroll through the list of updates in the Update Manager, the
  scrolling direction is different than the rest of my OS, which is
  defined by the ~/.Xmodmap file to be the OS X Lion - style "natural
  scrolling":

  $ cat ~/.Xmodmap
  pointer = 1 2 3 5 4 7 6 8 9 10 11 12

  This makes scrolling in the Update Manager seem inconsistent in
  comparison to the rest of my applications (Firefox, Nautilus,
  Chromium, Shutter...)
