Bug description:
  /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6.0.14-gdb.py triggers a
  /sbin/ldconfig.real warning every time a library is installed or
  removed by apt:

  /sbin/ldconfig.real: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
  gnu/libstdc++.so.6.0.14-gdb.py is not an ELF file - it has the wrong
  magic bytes at the start.
