Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ureadahead

  Per this post http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1434502 I am
  reporting instance where ureadahead causes slower boot. Currently
  using Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS but had same problem in Karmic. Using
  ureadahead 0.100.0-4.1.3. Expected boot to be faster but it isn't.
  Don't know how to attach more than one file (my first bug report) so
  I've included ureadahead dump. Bootchart results Normal 21.52s,
  Profiling 16.20s, and Disabled 15.65s.
