Bug description:
  Hello
  Insert a 12.04 DVD in a fully updated Oneiric.

  -Expected it advice that a volume with packages is inserted and
  provvide the upgrade

  -happens that it suggest that a volume with package is inserted, ask
  what to do, require password, then nothing more.
