Bug description:
  ISO : precise-alternate-amd64.iso
  Build Number:Ubuntu 12.04 LTS "Precise Pangolin" - Beta amd64 (20120418)
  Installation language: Simple Chinese

  During the installation process, I found the keyboard config page is not translated to Chinese at all.
  Please refer to the attached picture for more information
