Title:
Screen is completely black during fsck disk check
Status in “plymouth” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Since when I've upgraded from Oneiric, every time my laptop tries to
do the fsck check (that unfortunately happens quite often here, due to
some disk corruption), I get a completely black screen and I can't see
the progress of the control or press any key to control it.
The only way I have to escape from this situation, is to reboot in
recovery-mode and manually run fsck.
