[Bug 984906] [NEW] update-manager-kde short description wrong

Public bug reported:

The short description is "Support modules for KPackageKit" when in fact
it's used by both KPackagekit (which has been renamed Apper) and Muon
Notifier (now the Kubuntu default).  Something like "Support modules for
Muon Notifier and Apper" might do.
