  keyboard layout not applied to installed system

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  1) lsb_release -rd
  Description:	Ubuntu precise (development branch)
  Release:	12.04

  3) During install i choose location Moscow and Russian keyboard layout
  as suggested . After login on fresh system i expect to be able switch
  layouts from en ot ru with Alt+Shift shortcut and see current layout
  pic at top right corner.

  4) I don't see it. I should go to System Settings and add Russian
  keyboard layout manually. Also define keyboard layout shortcut to
  Alt+Shift.
