Title:
bash doesn't record in .bash_history when comand has an space before

Status in “bash” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Hi,

I don't have intention to make it be fixed (it is interesting to not
have it reflected in bash_history), just to be documented.

if you run for example " ssh localhost" with no quotes and having that
space at beggining, you wont be able to put it again by using arrow
keys, nor will appear in your .bash_history.

It is a petition to be documented such function, I think it is an
  interesting feature.
