Title:
  failed amd64 desktop install

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Using today's image and using usb-creator to burn the image on a USB,
I booted into the installer and choose to 'Try Ubuntu'. This booted me
to a usable desktop. I then installed from within the live cd, choose
to format the whole disk, with an encrypted home and selected 'install
updates' and 'install 3rd party packages'. I got close to the end of
the install and it failed, generating this report.
