When update-manager is finished and updates are completed there is also a delay until the referring indication appears in indicator-session. 
A user may assume there is something wrong and updates aren't completed which leaves the user in an uncertain state.

  Update-manager displays updates, indicator-session states applications are up-to-date. (video)
