Title:
'Building data structures' is a bit technical

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

Update manager shows 'Building data structures' - that's a bit
technical for the normal populace isn't it?

'Organizing update information' or something similar would say just as
  much but seem less jargony.
