If updating the Dejavu font is sufficient, then this seems to be the
best approach to me for 12.04. Reassigning.

** Package changed: ubiquity (Ubuntu) => ttf-dejavu (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: ttf-dejavu (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Triaged

** Changed in: ttf-dejavu (Ubuntu)
     Assignee: (unassigned) => Martin Pitt (pitti)

Bug description:

  Now I am testning Ubuntu 12.04 (Daily Build) .
  I am mainly testing Uyghur Language support.
  Today I installing ubuntu, in the installer I selected Uyghur for Installer langguage. The font for displaying Uyghur in Installer is very bad shape and Uyghur character did not join correctly.

  Is it possible to use diffent font for Uyghur when installing?

  (This Bug exists in Ubuntu Oneiric too).
