Title:
  Flight4: Package Installation Dialog Issues

Status in “pkgsel” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I noticed a few problems during the package installation process.

  1) The title of the window was "Select and Install Packages" (or something similar). The Ubuntu installer does not give you a choice to select packages and hence we should not state it on the title.
  2) The text "Downloading File X of Y" was incorrect. I was installing off a CD and hence the word "downloading" was incorrect. Perhaps "Copying"?
  3) The text "Downloading File X of Y (0s remaining)" always showed that there was "0s" remaining. I assume that this is just a bug.
