  Update Manager Unable to Upgrade on Precise

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Running the latest Precise development build minus the ten updates I cannot get because of this error. I am not able to upgrade anything on my Precise Desktop, but I can check for updates. Additional information update-manager told me to upload:
  'E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.'
  Will upload a screenshot as proof.
