[Bug 973317] [NEW] kubuntu-devel-release-upgrade crashes on German Kubuntu when starting the upgrade from Oneiric

I'm on Kubuntu Oneiric with German set as language in my KDE profile.

When I try to call kubuntu-devel-release-upgrade from the command line,
I immediately get a crash:
