Won't fix for Oneiric, as explained - I think this is too risky to
attempt to change now, and shouldn't affect most default installations.

Bug description:
  Updated my Oneric test server today and was prompted via debconf to
  accept or reject changes to menu.lst.  There are no manual changes in
  the diff (see screenshot).
