Public bug reported:
Client runs Ubuntu 11.04 Natty. Server runs Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid.
After performing a kernel update on a Natty client image, the client is
unable to boot because only root has read permission for the files in
the tftp directory, e.g. vmlinuz, initrd.img.
Problem in ltsp-update-kernels.
