Public bug reported:
Tested with latest daily xubuntu.
Expected: get the list of logged on users with /usr/bin/who
What happened: empty list...
Since this is a core feature, i consider it critical for release.
Affects : Ubuntu 11.10 oneiric (Xubuntu)
