[Bug 861352] [NEW] fan stays on when HP mini is idle in 11.10; didn't in 11.04

Public bug reported:

xsensors shows a temp of 50 C. There is no fan info there.
The fan is going full-tilt in plugged-in mode on this netbook.

Under 11.04, the fan throttled nicely.
