[Bug 860729] [NEW] USC doesn't show screenshots in non-administrator user accounts

Ubuntu Software Center 4.1.23.6, Ubuntu 11.10 beta

1. Switch to a guest session, or log in to a non-administrator account.
2. Launch USC.
3. Navigate to any item that has a screenshot, e.g. Stellarium, Hedgewars, Periodic Table.

What you see: "No screenshot"
What you should see: The same screenshot as if you were using USC as an administrator.
