Bug description:
  ISO testing, image: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/20110919
  /oneiric-desktop-amd64.iso

  Following http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/Install/DesktopOem,  before I
  did "prepare for shipping to end user" I installed TuxPaint.  During
  the installation I got a segmentation fault in libapt-pkg.so.4.11.0
  and a dialog box saying:

  "Sorry, the program software-center" closed unexpectedly

  Your computer does not have enough free memory to automatically analyse the
  problem and send a report to the developers."

  Kernel log shows we had a segfault at:
