Bug description:
  Binary package hint: man-db

  With Ubuntu 8.10,
  while removing KDE 4.1 via the command "apt-get remove kde*"
  the process stopped and return:
  "errors occured executing :
   man-db
  E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
  So now, not sure that the entire kde packages were correctly removed
