[Bug 859490] Re: skype does not survive Oneiric upgrade

The workaround is to uninstall the 'skype' package and install the
'skype:i386' from the partner archive.

The skype package I had was 2.2.035, which I believe came from the Natty
partner archive or maybe direct from Skype. This is the same version
that is in the Oneiric partner archive.

Should upgrade-manager handle this transition?
