Reproducable fixed the issue on unity-3d via dconf-editor setting systray whitelist to default, logout-in. Second and third indicator-power disappeared.
Setting systray whitelist to 'all' displayed two power indicators after suspend and reboot.
With enabled 'all' and starting another app, e.g. Osmo, displays three power indicators which were moving to the right and overlayed weather-indicator when Osmo was closed and reopened.
FWIW attached screenshots and summary terminal output, which reveals there is no indicator-power process.
