Ah, oops - not just a translation issue; the console-setup .pot file is
missing this string.  So this isn't going to be exposed anywhere for the
translation teams to translate it!

Bug description:
  When selecting the Finnish language and keyboard layout at boot a
  dialog titled 'Keep default keyboard layout (fi/fi)?' is not
  localized. The Kyllä/Ei buttons are in Finnish, but the rest is in
  English.
