Sorry Evan, I missed your comment above. Anyway, Colin is correct, the
drop down list only contains one hard drive (my reference to "Manual"
here was because that's the location of the drop down box on the screen,
sorry if that made it confusing).

Even though the drop down box only contains one hard drive, selecting
manual configuration will show both hard drives.

Title:
First hard drive not found by ubiquity (VirtualBox)

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in “ubiquity” source package in Oneiric:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Platform: VirtualBox 4.0.12 r72916 on Ubuntu 10.04 2.6.38-11 generic
  OS: [Kubuntu] oneiric-desktop-i386.iso (Beta 1 20110831)

  Preconditions:
  - Create a machine for Ubuntu in VirtualBox and add 2 hard drives
    - HDD1: SATA0, 15 GB
    - HDD2: SATA1, 4 GB (on the same SATA controller as HDD1)

  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Start machine with Live CD present
  2) Select "Start Kubuntu"
  3) Select "Install Kubuntu"
  4) Click "Forward" to get to the disk partition options
  5) Click on the drop down list under "Manual"

  Expected result:
  - Both hard drives available in the list

  Actual Result:
  - Only the second (smaller) hard drive is available
Note: If selecting "Manual", both hard drives are available, so it seems like it's ubiquity that only sees one hard drive, but the partition editor sees both.
