Title:
  [Feature Request] Setup WiFi

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: oem-config

I know this isn't trivial at all, but it would be nice if the user
could setup WiFi during oem-config. This is going to be the user's
first action when they login anyway, and oem-config can provide a more
guided and natural process than relying on the user to find the 'no
connection' link on the panel (which doesn't scream "press me, I'm
your network manager!", but that's a different bug).

It would also allow oem-config to do neat things like install language
packs for the user, if they picked a language that isn't already
installed (allowing OEMs to not ship all languages a priori, which can
take up a lot of space).
