  (oneiric) default store banner has inconsistent colours

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The default banner at the top of the Software Center (the "our star
  apps" banner) uses two different colours of orange, which looks
  inconsistent and sloppy.  Expected behaviour? The banner should be
  white and a single orange.
