Looks safe, approved.
(BTW, please don't set your own requests to "Confirmed").

Title:
FeatureFreezeException: add-license-key call
Status in “aptdaemon” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
This is a request for a feature freeze exception for the lp
:~aptdaemon-developers/aptdaemon/add-license-key-call branch.
This branch adds a new call to aptdaemon client and server
"add_license_key()". This is needed to purchase software that requires
a license key.
Details and the bzr diff can be found here:
https://code.launchpad.net/~aptdaemon-developers/aptdaemon/add-license-key-call/+merge/72210
This branch is super low risk as just adds the call and does not
change existing code. It adds a single new (error) string.
