  Hi,

  I am running XUBUNTU 10.10 (Maverick)

  1)I received a notification for an update. There were 133 packages in the update. I proceeded with the install.
       An error came up. The following lines are the details :

  b) I ran the update again but selected only the first package. (Advanced front-end for dpkg). The same error occured.

  Errors were encountered while processing:

  2) libc-dev-bin_2.12.1-0ubuntu3

  3) To get my XUbuntu system updated

  4) The above error which stopped the update.
