  kernel segfault during upgrade from Natty to Oneiric

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  performing 'update-manager -d' It processed for an hour, went to
  sleep, I woke it up and authorized changes for LIGHTGDM and PREY
  config files, then the update-manager gui simply disappeared. No error
  messages were displayed. Syslog tail:
