[Bug 852421] [NEW] installer window to big for small screens, prevents installation

Public bug reported:

While installing oneiric beta1 I had to drag the installation window
around using the alt key to be able to see all parts of the installation
screen. Especially the buttons at the bottom of the window would fall
off the screen. In addition to this, I was not able to run the installer
window maximized, which usually solves the problem of windows that do
not fit on the screen.

What I would like to see:
I would like to see an option to maximize the installer screen, which would probably solve this problem. If not, I would like to see some other fix for this.

This might seem like a minor problem, but it is not:
New users installing ubuntu on their netbook (mine is 10.1 inch, not outlandishly small) will probably not know the alt shortcut for dragging windows, and will be unable to complete the installation at all. This because you cannot use the title bar of a window to drag the top of the window off the screen. Because of this, the 'continue/forward' button will be invisible, making it impossible to finish the installation process.
