  Launcher and the Dash will not start Crossover applications

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubuntu-desktop

  Running crossover pro 9.0 installing using a deb file the installation
  works perfectly as does installing MS office. The menus in the Gnome
  classic desktop work as they should. However, with the Unity desktop
  the "all applications" menu in the dash  does not show Crossover
  Office or installed Windows applications (as it does in Gnome
  classic). If the applications are found by displaying all the
  installed applications the icons wont start the crossover applications
  or Windows applications, similarly they wont work if dragged to the
  launcher.
