Title:
"Download updates" unavailable after connecting to WiFi

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in “ubiquity” source package in Oneiric:
  New

Bug description:
The "Download updates while installing" option is grayed out when
there is no network connection. In a laptop, you can connect in the
next screen and should be able to come back and select it later, when
you have already connection. But when you click Back after connecting
to the network, the option is still unavailable to select.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Start installation on a laptop that will use wireless for the installation.
  2) Go further with the installation until the wireless connection screen
  3) Click on Back to select the "Download updates while installing" option now, not able to do it.
