Bug description:
  I started the update to the newest version. Update Manager started
  with a crash message but didn't crash, then after continuing and
  downloading the necessary information it asked for the oneiric oncelot
  installation cd, which isn't there as I installed from a usb-disk.
  Then Update Manager definitely crashed.
