Thanks for reporting this error, Andree, and we're sorry we didn't get
to it earlier.

If you still experience the problem, please follow these steps:
1. close Ubuntu Software Center, if it's open already
2. enter the command "software-center" in a Terminal window
3. click on "Installed"
4. copy any error output from the Terminal window, and paste it into this bug report.

  clicking on Installed Software shows the loading indicator only

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  when i click on Applications -> Ubuntu Software Center -> Installed
  Software the loading indicator appears but doesn't disappear again.

  After 5 minutes of waiting i quit the application. after that i needed
  to kill the process because it was still running. After starting the
  application again the software center worked as expected.
