The Ubuntu Desktop Guide doesn't have any screenshots of the Software
Center, nor does Software Center's built-in help. Therefore +1 from the
docs team.

On the other hand, does a regularly changing USC banner require a
standing UI freeze exception? And is that what is being asked for here?

  The design team decided that the current default banner is not sufficiently branded. I updated trunk with
  the new default banner and attach a screenshot here.
