Ok.  This looks like a duplicate of bug 357965.  Removing google-talk-plugin should solve the issue as well.

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  During the the upgrade, upgrade-manager mentioned that the pakcage k3b
  for amd64 arch was broken and it wasn't scheduled for installiation
