Bug description:
  i did "sudo apt-get update && update-manager" to get the latest
  packages, but update-manager came up with the dist-upgrade-dialogue. I
  did, what my mother would do, and klicked "partial dist-upgrade"
  (german: "teilweise Aktualisierung durchführen"). Then, update-manager
  came in this crash-loop, even after logoff/logon.
